This policy explains what information whitneymcnutt.com collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. The site and its showing text messages are run by WLG Properties, LLC, the business of Whitney McNutt, a Realtor with TM Realtors.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to help you buy, sell, or show a home.

  • People who contact Whitney: your name, phone, email, how you'd like to be contacted, your message, and any address you share for a home value question.
  • Agents who book showings: your name, brokerage, mobile number, email, an optional buyer name, the home and time you request, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
  • Agents who leave feedback: your answers and comments about the showing.
  • Sellers: your name, mobile number, and email, which Whitney adds with your permission.
  • Everyone: basic technical details such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address, which keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

  • To answer your message and follow up the way you asked.
  • To schedule, confirm, and manage showings, including sending access instructions to confirmed agents.
  • To ask for showing feedback and prepare reports for the home's sellers.
  • To send the text messages you agreed to receive.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or ad tracking.

Text messages

When you book a showing and check the consent box, you agree to receive texts about that showing: a confirmation, access instructions, a feedback request, and reminders. If you also check the optional box, you agree to occasional updates about that home, such as price changes and open houses. Sellers receive showing requests and notices only after confirming by text that they want them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Full details are in the text message terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

  • The home's sellers: showing dates and times, the showing agent's name and brokerage, and feedback. Agent comments are shared word for word only when the agent allows it; otherwise Whitney shares a summary. Buyer names are never shared with sellers.
  • Service providers who run the site for us, such as website hosting, text message delivery, and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide those services.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Listing details on this site come from the Northeast Mississippi MLS. We do not send your personal information to the MLS.

How long we keep it

We keep contact, showing, and feedback records as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from us.
  • Email whitney@tmhomes.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Lockbox and access codes are stored encrypted and sent only to confirmed agents, about an hour before their showing.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
