These terms cover Whitney McNutt Showings, the text message program run by WLG Properties, LLC for showings of Whitney McNutt's listings with TM Realtors.

The short version: Reply STOP to stop. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.

What you'll receive

  • Showing agents: a note that your request arrived, a confirmation or other open times, access instructions about an hour before, a feedback request after the showing, and a reminder the next morning if feedback is still open.
  • Agents who opt in to updates: occasional news about a home you've shown, such as a price change or an open house.
  • Sellers: showing requests to approve by replying YES or NO, and a notice when a showing is confirmed.

How you join

  • Agents join by checking the consent box when booking a showing at whitneymcnutt.com. The box for home updates is separate and optional.
  • Sellers join by replying YES to a confirmation text Whitney sends after you agree to receive showing texts.
  • Agreeing to receive updates is never a condition of any purchase.

How often and what it costs

Message frequency varies with your showings, usually three to five texts for each showing you book. Message and data rates may apply. We never charge for texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT also work. You'll get one text confirming you've been removed and nothing after that. If you stop showing texts, Whitney will reach you by phone or email about your showings instead. To join again, reply START.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See the privacy policy for how we handle your information.

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
